Conference gratitude.

Many years ago we lived in Indio, California. When General Conference of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints happened, the only way to listen to it was to go to the local chapel and listen on a phone line. The chapel was usually full of members and friends, with tiny children as well as teens and very experienced members. Many had never seen the tabernacle, or the prophets that had served during their lives. Listening to them was all they had experienced. The same was true of our children. How exciting it was when satellite broadcasts included live video! Today I can watch General Conference in so many ways. I am thankful to have experienced the past and to live today.
